Origin:

Tarrazú coffee of first quality of the FADIVA TARRAZU farm with a height of 1800 meters above sea level.

Process:

The whole pulp is removed and 50% of the mucilage (coffee honey) is preserved, which partially covers the grains taking a light yellow tone when the optimum moisture level is reached. Sun dried with a duration of 9 days

approximately.

Highlights the sweetness of coffee in the cup, fruity aromas and flavors and balanced sweet acidity.
