Tarrazú coffee of first quality of the FADIVA TARRAZU farm with a height of 1800 meters above sea level.
Process:
The whole pulp is removed and 100% of the mucilage (coffee honey) is retained, which completely covers the grains taking a reddish tone when the optimum moisture level is reached.
Sun dried with a duration of approximately 12 days.

Highlights the sweetness of coffee in the cup, aromas and flavors unique to ripe fruit and sweet acidity with medium body.
