The company Fadiva Tarrazú SA, was launched on May 1, 2012 based on the idea of the Vargas Díaz family, which was from the beginning to produce, benefit and market Tarrazú 100% quality coffee and thereby improve the living and socioeconomic conditions of each of their families, as well as society, so they join to start this new company.
This company operates under the commercial name of Fadiva Tarrazú S.A. - Coffee Products.
Fadiva Tarrazú S.A. Its main objective since its inception is to produce and benefit quality coffee by picking the same 100% ripe, which guarantees a differentiated product and therefore is reflected in excellent sales prices. The drivers have an experience of more than twenty years in the production of this grain.
As time has gone by, the possibilities of expansion in production have been analyzed to continue penetrating the national and international market, under the modality of selling gold coffee (ready to be roasted) in its different qualities, as well as export roasted coffee for the national market, likewise innovating with products made from coffee and with a coffee flavor, such as Coffee Glaze (butter), coffee cream, coffee and liquor infusion, among others. Similarly, offer it to consumers with different points of sale in the country, as well as nationally and internationally through our online store.

Presentation of the Coffee Tour
During the last eighteen months, participating in various local and national fairs has detected the great need of people to know about the Culture of Coffee, which is really little in most Costa Ricans and foreigners, so we want to diversify the offer in our Zona de Los Santos that promotes the development of rural tourism and, additionally, generates employment sources.
Our project wants to publicize all the processes that are carried out so that the coffee comes to be in a cup and also conceptualize other additional attractions that complement people's longing for learning in subjects that are not common in daily life and everyday.
Due to the above, our concept includes immersed coffee tour, demonstration of preparation of coffee-based beverages, products that we have made with coffee flavor, sales of souvenirs and products and share experiences in our coffee shop.
This is how this project is based on the Essence of the Coffee Culture and to take our golden grain beyond, which is a world full of pleasant experiences and that we currently conserve and take it to another level during the coming years.
